Hi! I’m Emily.

I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). My research interests cover a variety of topics on empirical corporate finance including information dissemination, innovation, initial public offerings, social finance, and labor economics. I received my Ph.D. degree in Finance at University of Kansas, master’s degree in Statistics at University of Georgia in 2018, and bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting (also dual degree in Technology Management) at Ulsan National Institute of Science & Technology in 2016.
